Why Reign?
Reign is the foundation of athleticism – learning safe and effective lifting technique; developing speed, agility, and quickness; and building an aerobic engine in conditioning. Struggling to keep up on the field? Can’t hold their own on the mat? Lacking the confidence to push it? This is where your athlete goes from ‘fun & games’ to a serious competitor.
Strength
Your athlete will learn the basic lifts of squat, deadlift, pull up, and bench press with safe and effective coaching.
S.A.Q.
Your athlete will understand the principles of acceleration and drive off the line; be it linear or with change in direction.
Conditioning
Within Reign your athlete will not only hone in the coordination and skills of movement, but develop the engine to sustain playing the game.
Leadership & Mental Toughness
Every Reign session is encouraged for your athlete to begin to own this space, their strength, and take the lead to not only push themselves, but their peers as well.
