COMMON QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Just book your Kickstart Membership. You’ll get a 1-on-1 consultation, customized workouts, and 14 days of unlimited training – all for $99.
We’ll sit down 1-on-1 to talk goals, injury history, and how training works here. You’ll tour the gym, do a short assessment workout, and get your custom program assigned within 24 hours.
Not at all. Many of our members come in after years away from the gym – or starting for the first time. We meet you where you’re at and build from there.
It’s personalized training in a group setting. Your program is built for you – based on your goals, experience, and movement patterns – but you’ll train alongside others on their own custom path.
Sessions are 60 minutes, start to finish. If you’re done in 40 or still grinding at 80, we’ll help you dial in how you’re moving through the session.
We cap sessions at 9 people to keep coaching quality high. You’ll always have space, support, and eyes on you when it counts.
Members can train up to 6 days a week (Monday through Saturday). You’re never locked into a certain number – we’ll help you find the right rhythm for your goals.
We’re a family-owned gym, and Sundays are for recharging. That said, our motto is “Strength. Endurance. Adventure.” We want to see you go explore, hike, play – use your fitness out in the real world!
Yes! Our Reign program is for ages 10-13, and our Athlete Program is for high school and college athletes. Ask about these during your Kickstart, or check them out on our site.
We don’t sell access – we coach. Our programs are personalized, our training is structured, and our community is built on real progress, not just breaking a sweat.
