Program Goals

  • STRENGTH – Kids learn the building blocks of strength training — squat, deadlift, pull-up, and bench press — taught with safe, effective coaching that builds both skill and confidence.
  • Speed, Agility, Quickness (S.A.Q.) – We break down the fundamentals of movement: acceleration, change of direction, and overall body control. Whether they’re sprinting, cutting, or simply keeping up with friends, these skills carry into every sport – and life outside of it.
  • CONDITIONING – Reign develops more than fitness – it builds the engine. Through fun but challenging workouts, kids improve coordination, endurance, and the ability to keep going strong from start to finish.
  • LEADERSHIP & MENTAL TOUGHNESS – Every session challenges kids to take ownership – of their effort, their strength, and their space. They’ll learn to push themselves, encourage their peers, and discover what it means to lead by example.
