Designed for high school and college athletes, this program builds strength, speed, and power through sport-specific programming and expert coaching. Each session is matched to your season, position, and goals.

Reign builds a rock-solid foundation of strength and athletic movement in a supportive, age-appropriate training environment. No experience needed—just a willingness to show up and try.

At RC Training & Fitness, we equip our space with everything needed for real-world strength and performance. You’ll train with barbells, specialty bars, bumper plates, dumbbells, and custom rack stations designed for both lifting and bodyweight progressions. Our conditioning tools include Concept2 Rowers and SkiErgs, Rogue AirBikes, sleds on turf, battle ropes, and a full cable system. We also use kettlebells, sandbags, slam balls, TRX, rings, plyo boxes, physio balls, and wall-padded medicine ball stations. Everything you need to train for life, not just the gym.
